Baldor solenoid valves are automatic basic components used to control the direction of fluids. It is an actuator that is typically used in mechanical control and industrial valves to control the direction of the medium to control the switching of the valve.
 
Baode solenoid valve working principle: The solenoid valve has a closed cavity and opens holes at different positions. Each hole leads to a different pipe. In the cavity, the valve of the valve, two electromagnets on either side. The body of the magnet coil will be attracted to one side and the valve is controlled by the movement of the valve to hold or leak out different drain holes, and the holes in the oil are often opened. The hydraulic oil enters different drain pipes, and then pushes the cylinder piston through the oil pressure. The piston drives the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanical device. Mechanical motion is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet.
 
Baode solenoid valves are divided into three main categories in principle:
 
1. Pilot solenoid valve principle:
 
When energized, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, the pressure of the upper chamber drops rapidly, the low pressure difference is high, the surrounding is closed, the fluid pressure pushes the closing to move upward, the valve opens; when the power is off, the spring force closes the pilot hole, and the inlet pressure passes through The bypass hole is formed low and the valve fitting is closed. The pressure differential and fluid pressure push the closed portion down and close the valve.
Features: The upper limit of the fluid pressure range is high and can be installed arbitrarily, but the conditions of fluid pressure difference must be met.
 
2. Direct-acting solenoid valve principle:
 
When the power is energized, the electromagnetic force of the coil generates an electromagnetic force, lifting the seal from the valve seat and opening the valve; when the power is disconnected, the electromagnetic force disappears, the spring is pressed against the valve seat, and the valve is closed.
Features: vacuum, negative pressure, zero pressure apply.
 
3. Principle of distributed direct-acting solenoid valve:
 
It is a combination of direct and pilot. When there is no pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet, the electromagnetic force directly closes the pilot valve and the main valve, and the valve opens. When the inlet and outlet reach the starting pressure difference, after the energization, the electromagnetic force leads the valve, the pressure in the lower chamber of the main valve rises, and the pressure in the upper chamber drops, so that the main valve is upward by the pressure difference; when the power is off, the pilot valve uses the spring force or the medium pressure. Push the closure and move it down to make the valve.
Features: It can also work under zero differential pressure or vacuum high pressure, but the power is large and requires horizontal installation.
