Introduction of Mixing and Rating Valve of Mixing Machine
The mixer is mainly suitable for mixed processing of various carbonated beverages, as well as slurry beverages, fermented beverages and other beverages.
1. Fully automatic with alarm. The pressure and liquid level in each tank of the machine are automatically adjusted, and the whole process of production operation is controlled by PLC. Once a fault occurs, it will automatically alarm and stop, and automatically start after reset.
2. Good operation and easy adjustment. This machine is very convenient to operate, as long as the knobs are rotated in turn according to the prescribed procedures, the normal operation can be achieved; without replacing any parts, the production capacity, water and sugar ratio and gas content can be easily adjusted.
3. Uniform mixing and matching. The mixing process is advanced, so the mixing is uniform. The mixing ratio of water and syrup is strictly controlled by a
metering needle valve with fine adjustment. Its accuracy can reach about 5%.
4. Sufficient gas content, number one, etc. The mixer uses vacuum deoxidation at room temperature, the deoxidation rate is more than 90%, and a plate heat exchanger is equipped to cool the sugar-water mixture for secondary carbonation, so the gas content is very high.

The mode of operation has two choices: intermittent pulse (modulation) mode and continuous output mode.
The pulse width and time can be selected from 0.1S to 10S respectively when the intermittent pulse is working.
