Brief introduction to the description of the repair method of the gear pump casing

Introduce some of the most practical common sense, the pump casing of the oil pump is not easy to break, but if you have a problem one day, will you repair it?

It doesn't matter if you don't fix it. You can look at the repair method below, maybe it has a big effect on you.

1. Repair of the pump body

    (1) Repair of pump body cracks. Generally, it can be repaired by casting 508 nickel-copper welding rod. After welding, the weld seam is required to be tight and has no air hole, and the flatness error of the joint surface with the pump cover should be no more than 0.05mm.

    (2) Repair of the drive shaft bushing hole and the driven shaft hole after wear. After the drive shaft bushing hole is worn, the reaming method can be used to eliminate the wear marks, and then the oversized bushing is inlaid; after the driven shaft hole is worn, the reaming method is also used to eliminate the wear marks, and then the reaming hole is pressed. The actual size of the shaft is prepared to increase the diameter of the driven shaft.

    (3) Repair of the inner cavity of the pump casing after wear. It is usually repaired by the inner cavity ring method. After the inner cavity is enlarged, it is inlaid with cast iron or steel ring. After the ring is set, the inner cavity is then smashed to the required standard size, and the ring of the extended end face is worn away to be flush with the decomposition surface of the pump casing.

    (4) Repair after the seat is worn. After the spherical valve seat is worn, a steel ball can be placed on the valve seat, and the steel ball is gently tapped with a metal rod several times until the ball valve is in close contact with the valve seat. If the seat is worn out, it can be controlled first.

2, the repair of the pump cover

    (1) Repair of the working surface of the pump cover after wear. When the working surface of the pump cover wears more than 0.1mm, it should be repaired. When the working plane of the pump cover is worn less, the wear marks can be eliminated by manual grinding. The pump cover is placed on the platform or thick glass plate, and the valve sand is added between the working plane of the pump cover and the surface of the platform for grinding. When the amount of wear is large and there is serious unevenness, the method of first turning and then polishing should be adopted.

    (2) Repair of the active shaft sleeve after wear.

There are not many methods, they are practical, and they are all summed up by some veterans. If you have new methods and inventions, it is the best.
