How to choose Rexroth cylinder and notes

Rexroth cylinder is the actuator in the pneumatic system. The quality of the cylinder will directly affect the working performance of the matched equipment. Therefore, we should pay attention to the following aspects when selecting the cylinder:
1. Select manufacturers with high reputation, good quality and good service reputation.
2. Check the standards used by the company to produce cylinders. If it is an enterprise standard, it should be compared with industry standards.
3. Examine the appearance of the cylinder, internal and external leakage and no-load performance:
A. Appearance: There should be no scratches on the cylinder cylinder and piston rod surface, and there is no air hole and trachoma at the end cover.
B. Internal and external leakage: The cylinder shall not be allowed to leak outside the rod end. The internal leakage and the external leakage at the rod end shall be less than (3+0.15D) ML/MIN and (3+0.15D) ML/MIN, respectively.
C. No-load performance: When the cylinder is in no-load state, when it is running at low speed, what is the speed when it is not crawling, the lower the speed, the better. (end)
Rexroth cylinder type:
Pneumatic actuators. The cylinder has two types of reciprocating linear motion and reciprocating swing (see figure). The cylinders that make reciprocating linear motion can be divided into four types: single-acting cylinder, double-acting cylinder, diaphragm cylinder and impact cylinder.
1 single-acting cylinder: only one end has a piston rod, the air supply from the side of the piston can generate air pressure, and the air pressure pushes the piston to generate a thrust, and returns by spring or self-weight.
2 double-acting cylinder: alternately supply air from both sides of the piston, outputting force in one or two directions.
3 Diaphragm cylinder: replace the piston with a diaphragm, output the force only in one direction, and reset with a spring. Its sealing performance is good, but the stroke is short.
4 Impact Cylinder: This is a new type of component. It converts the pressure energy of the compressed gas into the kinetic energy of the high-speed (10-20 m/s) movement of the piston, thereby doing work.
5 Rodless cylinder: A general term for cylinders without a piston rod. There are two types of magnetic cylinders and cable cylinders.
The cylinder that makes the reciprocating swing is called the swinging cylinder, and the inner chamber is divided into two by the vane, and the air is alternately supplied to the two chambers, and the output shaft is oscillated, and the swing angle is less than 280°. In addition, there are rotary cylinders, gas-liquid damping cylinders and stepping cylinders.
