3 the rubber joint should be re pressurized and put into operation before the initial pressure is met, such as installation pressure test, etc., or after a longer shutdown.

10 when the rubber joint is installed, the screw bolts should be extended to the outside of the joint, and the bolts on each flange face are repeatedly tightened according to the method of diagonal compression to prevent the pressure deviation. The wire mouth joint should be tightened with the standard wrench. Do not use the force bar to force the sliding wire, slipping and fracture of the joint, and check regularly so as to avoid loosening or water seepage.

11 use or store rubber joints should avoid high temperature, ozone, oil and acid-base environment. A sun shading rack should be built for outdoor or sunny air facing pipes, and no exposure to sunlight, rain or wind erosion. The surface of the joint is strictly prohibited by painting and winding insulation. Due to the aging problem of rubber products, they should be checked and replaced in time.
