The installation method of eleven kinds of rubber joints

First, the selection of rubber joint model: the type of rubber joint must be selected according to the working pressure, connection mode, medium and compensation of the pipeline. The number of the rubber joint must be selected according to the requirement of the noise reduction displacement.
Two, according to the pressure: when the pipe produces instantaneous pressure and greater than the working pressure, we should choose a rubber joint which is higher than the working pressure. (for example, when the pipe starts at >1.0MPa for instantaneous pressure, the joint with work 1.6MPa shall be selected. For instantaneous pressure >1.6MPa, 2.5MPa connector should be used.
Three, according to the pipeline medium: when the pipeline medium is acid base, oil, high temperature and other special materials, we should choose a rubber joint which is higher than the working pressure of the pipe.
Four. Flange selection: the flange connecting the rubber joint should be valve flange or flange fitting GB/T9115.1 (RF).
Five, the medium of normal use of rubber joint: the normal medium for winding rubber joint is ordinary water at temperature of 0-60 degrees C. Under special medium such as oil, acid and alkali, high temperature and other corrosiveness and hard texture, the rubber joint of special resistant material should be selected, and it should not be used blindly or in general.
Six, the place where the rubber joint is used normally: the flexible rubber joint is used in the inlet and outlet of the pump. It should be located on the side of the water pump, and the metal variable diameter joint should be installed between the pump and the large diameter of the variable diameter.
Seven, the displacement of the rubber joint in normal use: when the displacement of the pipe is greater than the maximum compensation of the joint, the quantity of the joint should be increased to the parallel displacement. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the difference of the pipe, so that the joint is at the limit of the perturbed displacement and deviation state, and it can not exceed the limit degree (expansion, displacement, deflection and so on).
Eight, the use of rubber joint suspension: high water or suspended water supply, pipe should be fixed on the hangers, bracket or anchor, and can not allow the joint to bear the weight of the pipe and axial force, otherwise the joint should be equipped with anti pull device (its bearing force must be greater than the axial force of the pipe).
Nine. When the rubber joint is installed, the screw bolt should be extended to the outside of the joint, and the bolt on each flange face is repeatedly tightened by the method of diagonal compression to prevent the pressure deviation. The wire mouth joint should be tightened with the standard wrench. Do not use the force bar to force the sliding wire, slipping and fracture of the joint, and check regularly so as to avoid loosening or water seepage.
Ten. The rubber joints should be re pressurized and put into operation before the initial pressure is met, such as installation pressure test, etc., or once the service is suspended for a long time.
Eleven, the use or storage of rubber joints should avoid high temperature, ozone, oil and acid-base environment. A sun shading rack should be built for outdoor or sunny air facing pipes, and no exposure to sunlight, rain or wind erosion. The surface of the joint is strictly prohibited by painting and winding insulation. Due to the aging problem of rubber products, they should be checked and replaced in time.
