1. The meter must have a certain amount of lubricating oil. The lubricating oil is generally silicone oil or arsenic oil.

3. The filter should be cleaned once every six months. Whether the filter is blocked or not is judged by the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. Generally, the pressure difference exceeds 0.07 MPa and should be cleaned.

4. The gear transmission part of the meter should be cleaned, inspected and lubricated every year, and the meter head should be adjusted.

5. The temperature compensator accuracy corrector should be inspected once a year, and the gear transmission part should be cleaned and lubricated.

6, within the scope of the flowmeter use, must not exceed the limit; overload 20% must not exceed 30 minutes, otherwise it will reduce the accuracy of measurement.

7. Do not reverse the fluid. The pointer of the on-site display or the reverse rotation of the counter of the counter indicates backflow. It should be checked in detail to avoid accidents.

8. The filter screen uses a 40 or 60 mesh/inch stainless steel wire mesh.

9. Check the transmission and magnetic condition of the magnetic seal coupling or mechanical seal coupling, check whether the magnetic field strength is enough, and update the magnetic steel in time.

10. Before starting, first open the bypass valve slowly and then open the flow meter inlet valve, then open the outlet valve, open the outlet valve and must pay close attention to the moving speed of the flow meter pointer. After normal operation, close the bypass valve, if it appears If abnormal, open the bypass valve immediately, and close the inlet and outlet valves for inspection.

11. After Xin'an pipeline or overhaul, after one day of application, the filter must be opened to remove impurities. In normal use, light oil for half a year, heavy oil for 3 months, the filter must be cleaned once, it is strictly prohibited to use a steam purge flow meter.

12. When replacing the graphite bearing, the flowmeter of DN50 should not exceed 0.1mm at most; for the flowmeter of DN150, the maximum clearance should not exceed 0.2mm; the gap between the upper and lower covers and the rotor and the inner cavity of the rotor and metering box The maximum gap should not exceed 0.15mm.

13. Maintenance When disassembling, important parts should be marked to avoid mistakes.

14. When assembling, the rotor should be flexible, the gap should be even, the meshing is correct, the inner cavity should be rotated between the rotors, and the rotor and the upper and lower covers should not have frictional collision.
