Intelligent integrated turbine flowmeter use description

The intelligent integrated turbine flowmeter can display the total flow rate, the instantaneous flow rate and the full percentage of the flow rate, and can set the fixed pressure. The temperature parameter compensates the gas. When the pressure and temperature parameters do not change much, the flow can be used. Calculate the fixed compensation. Pay attention to the following points in the use of intelligent integrated turbine flowmeters:

1. When using, keep the liquid to be tested clean and free of impurities such as fibers and particles. At the beginning of use, the sensor should be slowly filled with liquid, and then the outlet valve should be opened. It is forbidden to be shocked by high-speed fluid when the sensor is in a liquid-free state.

2. The maintenance period is generally half a year. When cleaning and cleaning, please be careful not to damage the parts inside the measuring chamber, especially the impeller. Please be optimistic about the positional relationship between the guide and the impeller during assembly.

3. When not in use, the internal liquid should be cleaned, and a protective cover is added at both ends of the sensor to prevent dust from entering, and then stored in a dry place.

4. The filter should be cleaned regularly when it is used. When not in use, the internal liquid should be cleaned. As with the sensor, add a dust jacket and store it in a dry place. The transmission cable can be laid overhead or buried (the iron pipe should be placed when buried).

5. Before installation, connect the display instrument or oscilloscope first, connect the power supply, use the mouth to blow or hand dial the impeller, make it rotate quickly to observe whether there is any display, and then install the sensor when there is display. If there is no display, check the relevant parts and troubleshoot.
