Analysis of the factors affecting the power of the vacuum pump

1, low speed vacuum pump:
Because the power of the vacuum pump has a direct connection with the speed of the pump, the volume of the pump is connected with the speed of the pump, and the shaft power is approximately two times with the speed when the speed is high. When the speed increases 10%, the volume of gas is improved by 10%, while the shaft power is increased by 20%. Therefore, when selecting a vacuum pump, we should try to choose a low speed vacuum pump. It is best to choose the corresponding speed at the end of the impeller blade at a line speed below 18m/s, when the pump power will generally be relatively high.
2, thinking of pipeline loss:
The gas pumped from various vacuum elements in the pipeline will be lost in a certain number of pipelines. The loss of this part of the pipeline will cause the pressure of gas to fall and the volume is distended. In the case of reasonable pipeline size planning, pipeline loss is desirable 2~3kPa (high vacuum takes small value, low vacuum takes large value).
3, the correction of temperature:
The working fluid of the vacuum pump is limited by various conditions, and the water temperature is high. This is not consistent with the calibration of the vacuum pump function curve, so the demand for the correction of temperature and water temperature is required. When the temperature is relatively high and the water temperature is relatively low, the amount of gas that is corrected will be smaller, and the selected pumps will be smaller, otherwise the selected pumps will be larger. It is feasible to mark the temperature by 45 degrees Celsius and 35 degrees centigrade, and the result is safe and reliable.
