The basic requirements for the production of electromagnetic coils:
1. The design of the product should fully consider the generality and standardization requirements of parts and components; the failure mode analysis should be carried out with the products required by the automobile and the products required by the customer;
2. Enameled wire suppliers shall be required to provide material reports for each batch and provide at least one qualified third-party electrical performance and thermal performance inspection report at least once a year;
3. During the production process, measures shall be taken to prevent flaming, to prevent leakage and misloading, and to ensure stable quality; automatic production equipment for winding and assembly shall be provided;
4, should be equipped with a dedicated resistance, inter-turn pressure and power frequency withstand voltage test equipment, improve efficiency and reduce the impact of human factors.
Standard range:
This standard applies to electromagnetic valve coils for fluid control with AC 50 Hz or 60 Hz, rated voltage of 600 V and below, and DC rated voltage of 240 V and below. This standard does not apply to explosion-proof coils.
