First, the solenoid valve does not work after power on
1 Check if the power wiring is bad → Reconnect and connect the connector.
2 Check whether the power supply voltage is within the ± working range - → adjust the normal position range;
3 is the coil off the welding → re-welding;
4 coil short-circuit → replace the coil;
5 whether the working pressure difference is not appropriate → adjust the pressure difference → or replace the appropriate solenoid valve;
6 fluid temperature is too high → replace the corresponding cv solenoid valve;
7 There are impurities to make the main valve core of the solenoid valve and moving iron core stuck → cleaning, if there is seal damage, replace the seal and install the filter;
8 The viscosity of the liquid is too high, the frequency is too high and the service life has expired → replace the product.
Second, the solenoid valve can not be closed
1 The main spool or iron core seal is damaged → replace the seal;
2 fluid temperature, viscosity is too high → replace the solenoid valve;
3 impurities into the solenoid valve production core or moving core → cleaning;
4 spring life has reached or deformed → replace;
5 throttling hole balance hole blocked → timely cleaning;
6 The operating frequency is too high or the service life has expired → Change the product or update the product.
Third, other conditions
1 internal leakage → check the seal is damaged, the spring is not badly assembled;
2 Outer leakage → Loose connection or broken seal → Tighten screws or replace seals;
3 There is noise during power-on → Loose pieces on the head, tighten. The voltage fluctuation is not within the permissible range and the voltage is adjusted. Core suction surface impurities or uneven, timely cleaning or replacement.
