Introduction and advantages of new metal tubes and hose joints - focus on microfluidic control technology

In view of the existing problems with the connection of metal pipes and hoses, we believe that the new metal pipe and hose connection tools should have such characteristics:
(1) The connection is reliable, and the metal tube and the hose contact surface are evenly stressed in all directions after the connection;
(2) The disassembly and assembly speed is obviously faster than the original connection mode;
(3) The connection tool has a simple structure and low processing cost, and can be used for a long time.
        Starting from the above design requirements, we design the metal pipe part connected to the hose to be tapered, and the tensioning method is designed as a single thread, the coarse thread has a large pitch, and the connecting tool parts are no more than three;
        According to the above ideas, after a period of scrutiny, calculation and experiment, we designed a new type of "metal pipe and hose joint". The following is an introduction to the design and manufacture process of "metal pipe and hose joint" by taking DN15 steel pipe and DN15 rubber pipe joint as an example.
        The connection between the metal pipe and the hose is mainly related to the inner diameter of the outer diameter of the metal pipe. After measuring, the inner diameter of the rubber pipe is 20 mm, the outer diameter of the steel pipe of DN15 is 22 mm, and the connecting portion of the metal pipe and the rubber pipe is designed as a vertebral body. The diameter of the vertebral body should be less than 20mm, so that it can be easily inserted into the film tube with an outer diameter of 20, and the large diameter of the vertebral body should be greater than 22mm. The connecting tool of the metal tube and the film tube is designed in three parts.
