Quality flowmeter verification points
1. Preparation before verification:
Install the mass flowmeter to be tested in the corresponding station, use the industrial wind to do the airtight test, open the inlet valve and outlet valve without leaking, and then open the pump to make the liquid flow through the degassing filter. The flowmeter to be inspected, referring to the flowmeter, the commutator flows into the bypass, flows back to the pool, so that the standard device is in a circulating state, and the flow rate is controlled by the remote control panel to achieve the circulating flow of the standard device, and the flow is generally made. Run at the upper limit of the test for 10 minutes to remove the gas in the system and stabilize the flow, temperature and pressure.
2. Start verification:
In the above cycle, use the frequency converter to adjust the flow to make it stable at the verification point for circulation, set the pre-point on the weighing display, clear the counter, start the timer, and pass the solenoid valve so that the commutator will The fluid flowing into the bypass is quickly tangential to the weighing tank, and the synchronous travel switch control counter and the weighing display start recording the flow (number of pulses) that the flowmeter is inspected. The solenoid valve controls the commutator to reverse direction, the fluid is quickly tangentially bypassed, and the synchronous stroke switch controls the weighing display and the counter to stop counting. The accuracy of the flowmeter being tested can be calculated by comparing the weighing value of the weighing display with the pulse value of the counter. Control the electrical switch through the timer to open the bottom ball valve, release the liquid inside, and then close the bottom ball valve to prepare for the next check.
