The designed design temperature and pressure are different from the actual operating temperature and pressure, or the fluid temperature and pressure fluctuation caused by the process are large, so that the measured flow rate cannot truly reflect the actual flow rate under the working state. The edible oil mass flowmeter can ensure high measurement accuracy only when the fluid working conditions are consistent with the design conditions. Some fluids such as gas, steam, and fluid working conditions have a great influence on the measurement accuracy and must be compensated. In the actual use of the vortex flowmeter, the original design selection caliber is too large, which is equivalent to increasing the measurable flow lower limit. The indication is not guaranteed when the process pipe has a small flow rate. The flowmeter can be used when the flow rate is large. If it is to be rebuilt, the difficulty will be a bit large. The change of the process conditions is only temporary, and it can be combined with the flowmeter parameters. Rearrange to improve the accuracy of the instructions. Choose the appropriate sensor probe for the temperature range: 0-160 degrees, 160-260 degrees, 260-350 degrees. Corresponding to common, medium temperature, high temperature probe types, providing an effective flow range to select the appropriate meter size. In a certain range of Reynolds number, the output signal frequency is not affected by the physical properties of the fluid and the composition changes. The meter factor is only related to the shape and size of the vortex generator. There is no need to compensate when measuring the volume flow of the fluid. It is generally not necessary to recalibrate the meter factor after the accessory. Mainly to replace the mechanical meter head with a smart meter head, and some also bring temperature compensation, but in actual use, the requirements for the smart meter head are relatively high. Under the effect of high temperature steam, some boards with less stable quality will fail. Stop measuring. The utility model has the advantages of small pressure loss, large measuring range and high precision, and is almost unaffected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature and viscosity when measuring the volume flow rate, and has no movable mechanical parts, so the reliability is high and the maintenance amount is small.
