It mainly includes throttle valves, speed control valves, overflow throttle valves and split flow manifolds. The installation form is horizontal. So what is the working principle of it? The working principle of the flow control valve of the liquid flow meter: The digital flow control valve is composed of an automatic spool, a manual spool and a display portion. The display part consists of a flow valve movement, a sensortransmitter, and an electronic calculator display. And its work is complicated. The measured water flows through the valve, the water flow impinges on the impeller in the flow movement, the impeller rotates and senses the sensor, so that the sensor emits a signal proportional to the flow rate, and the flow signal is sent to the electronic calculator through the wire, and passes through the calculator. After calculation and microprocessor processing, the flow value is displayed. As for its manual spool, it is used to adjust the flow rate, and set the required flow value according to the displayed value. The automatic spool is used to maintain a constant flow rate. That is, when the pressure of the pipe network changes, the automatic spool will automatically open the small valve port under the pressure to maintain the set flow value. Since the flow control valve of the liquid flow meter is a multi-function valve that controls the flow rate with a high-precision pilot method. Applicable to the piping that needs to control the flow and pressure of the water distribution pipe, keep the predetermined flow rate unchanged, limit the excessive flow rate to a predetermined value, and reduce the upstream high pressure appropriately, even if the pressure upstream of the main valve changes, it will not affect Flow downstream of the main valve.
