Some users use volatile liquid vapors as the source of gas (such as acetone, etc.), and the gas pressure is very low. With ordinary MFC, it cannot work normally. At this time, the user needs to make a special declaration to the supplier to customize the low-pressure drop mass flow controller. MFC with a working pressure difference of less than 0.01 MPa can usually be customized, and the working pressure difference range of the MFC will also become smaller.
Note that when vaporizing vapors with volatile liquids, condensation of vapors in the MFC is not allowed, and condensation can affect the normal operation of the MFC. In order to prevent condensation, the piping and MFC can be properly warmed, but the operating temperature of the MFC must not exceed 50 °C. If the user wants the operating temperature of the MFC to exceed 65°C, special purchase of high-temperature MFC products is required.
