Easy Way to Clean Glass Rotameters - Focus on Microfluidic Control Technology

Glass Rotameter is a kind of instantaneous flow reading instrument which is easy to use, easy to read and widely used. According to test objects can be divided into liquid medium flow meter, gas medium flow meter, anti-corrosion flow meter. Among them, anti-corrosion glass rotor flowmeter has strong corrosion resistance, but its base, float, needle valve, spring and other need to use special materials, the price is relatively expensive. However, ordinary glass rotameters cause wall fouling due to the penetration of some corrosive gases. These dirt will affect the vibration of the float and thus affect the accuracy of the flow meter measurement. Therefore, this paper studies the cleaning and reuse of ordinary glass rotor flowmeter after the wall structure.
