But most of these enterprises are production of low-end products (water solenoid valves, steam solenoid valves, stainless steel solenoid valves, gas electromagnetic valves, etc.), and the types of production are chaotic, there is no specific classification, and many enterprises are also duplicated in the production of some old types of aging, unable to adapt to the market competition. This restricts the competitiveness of domestic solenoid valve enterprises, especially in the competitive power of medium and high end solenoid valves (such as explosion-proof solenoid valves, high pressure solenoid valves, high temperature solenoid valves, anticorrosive solenoid valves, emergency solenoid valves, self holding solenoid valves, etc.).
In order to enhance the competitiveness of solenoid valves enterprises, we must establish an international brand of solenoid valves and participate in the competition in the international market.
First of all, the state should strengthen supervision and guidance on the production of solenoid valves. Guide domestic enterprises to import, absorb and digest advanced international production technology and production standards. At the same time, we should work with domestic universities and technology research institutes to enhance our capability of independent research and development, and improve production and R & D technology.
Secondly, the state should strengthen investment in electromagnetic valve funds and policy tilt. A number of backbone enterprises with strong capabilities in production and R & D have been set up to integrate the solenoid valve industry.
Finally, the state should cultivate professionals with certain design and production capabilities. Improve the competitiveness of the whole industry.
