Use difference between electric valve and solenoid valve

The solenoid valve is driven by the coil, which can only be opened or closed, and the action time of the switch is short.
Electric valve actuation is usually done by motor, open or close action. It needs a certain amount of time to simulate, and can be adjusted.
2. The nature of the work:
The general circulation coefficient of solenoid valve is very small, and the working pressure difference is very small. For example, the general 25 caliber solenoid valve circulation coefficient is much smaller than the 15 caliber electric ball valve. The solenoid valve is driven by electromagnetic coil, which is easily damaged by voltage impact. Equivalent to the role of the switch is to open and close 2 functions.
Electric valves are usually driven by motors to withstand voltage shocks. Solenoid valve is fast opening and fast closing, generally used in small flow and small pressure, requiring large switching frequency electric valve conversely. The opening of the electric valve can be controlled, the state is open, close and half open, and the flow rate of the medium in the pipe can be controlled, and the solenoid valve can not meet this requirement.
Solenoid valve can be reset in general power failure, electric valve to such functions need to add reset device.
3. Application process:
Solenoid valves are suitable for some special process requirements, such as leakage, special fluid medium, and so on.
