Solve the Problem of Solenoid Valve Coil Burnout in Wet Environment
The damp environment is likely to cause short-circuit burnout to the coils. Fundamentally solving the problem of burning the solenoid coils in the summer must reduce the amount of compressed air before entering the electromagnetic valve. Therefore, add a similar type of filter before the pressure reducer is filtered. A pressure reducer was used, and its decompression width was adjusted to 0.10 MPa, and the decompression width of the original filter pressure reducer was changed to 0.20 MPa. In this way, after the compressed air from the gas tank was filtered twice and decompressed twice, the pressure had dropped from 0.70 MPa to O. 40 MPa, and the air drying degree is obviously improved, so that the coil is not easy to cause wet short circuit burned.
