Solenoid valve zero pressure start and minimum starting pressure

Solenoid valve is an automation basic element used to control fluid and belongs to actuator; it is not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic. Solenoid valves are used to control the direction of hydraulic flow. Plant machinery is generally controlled by hydraulic steel, so solenoid valves are used. According to the temperature of the flowing medium, pressure and other conditions, such as pressure and free flow in the pipeline, there is no pressure. The working principle of the solenoid valve is different. For example, in the self-flow state, zero pressure is required to start, that is, after the power is turned on, the coil sucks the brake body. A solenoid valve with a pressure state opens the pilot hole after the coil is energized and lifts the brake body with the pressure of the fluid itself. The difference between these two methods is that the self-flow state solenoid valve, because the coil must suck up the entire gate, so the solenoid valve with a large volume and pressure state only needs to open the pilot hole, so the volume can be made smaller . In natural gas, vacuum, and gravity, zero pressure is used to start. Because zero pressure requires large coil power, it is difficult to debug, and the production cycle is longer. If the fluid in the pipeline is provided with pressure, a pilot-type solenoid valve is generally used. This requires a minimum starting pressure. After the solenoid valve coil opens the pilot hole, the fluid opens or closes the solenoid valve by the pressure difference. The customer can only To determine the pressure of the fluid medium at all times, we recommend selecting the pilot solenoid valve.
