Magnetic material resistance as a parameter for print quality assessment

The ferromagnetic materials mainly include iron (Fe), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni) and other magnetic elements, Fe-Mo and Fe-W ferromagnetic alloys, magnet manufacturers, and NiAs types such as Mn-Al and Mn-Bi. The layout of the alloy and so on. The pigment used as a magnetic ink is mostly ferrite, which is usually an inorganic compound that is indicated by XO-Fe2O3. X is a divalent metal ion, and the X is not the same as the type of the pigment. There is a difference between manganese-ferrite and iron-iron. Phosphor, copper-ferrite and so on. The above-mentioned ferromagnetic material is placed in a magnetic field, the strength of the magnetic field is modified, and the magnetization value corresponding to the magnetic field is tested, and the H-B curve of the ferromagnetic material can be obtained. The H-B curve is an important curve showing the characteristics of the magnetic material, where oa represents a full magnetization value, ob represents a residual magnetization value, and oc represents a magnetoresistance value.
The detection quality of printed products is often based on print density value and hue as the evaluation parameters; and on magnetic printing, the ferrite block is based on the residual magnetization value of the H-B curve and the resistance value of the magnetic material as the quality evaluation parameter of the print product. For example, in the counting and metering magnetic record printing, the ferromagnetic material should have a magnetic resistance of 20,000 to 30000 A/m and a residual magnetization of 0.08 to 0.11T. Therefore, to perform magnetic printing, it is necessary to know the fundamental characteristics of ferromagnetic materials, reasonably select ferromagnetic materials, and determine magnetic ink formulations, which is the key to obtaining excellent magnetic print products.
