Magnetic separator shutdown precautions

Magnetic separation is one of the most widely used methods. The following points are noted when starting up or shutting down:
(1) Before starting the machine, perform a gold check on the magnetic separation to find out the reason for the previous shutdown. If the machine is down due to a fault, you must remove the fault to consider starting. After checking and confirming that the magnetic separation (including electrical equipment) is correct, the operation of the magnetic separation shall be performed firstly. After one revolution, it is found that the rotation is flexible and there is no jamming phenomenon, indicating that the operation part is not accessible, otherwise, the obstacles shall be checked and removed.
(2) start the host, after normal operation, increase the exciting current, be careful not to be added to the rated value but should be gradually added to the specified current from small to large. It is strictly forbidden to turn the water supply to the host first, and it is forbidden to transfer the host after excitation first, and it is forbidden for the host to start with the load. After the main engine is running and the excitation is normal, it can be given to the mine. Note that there must be no woody slag or other impurities in the ore, no more than the grain gap between the tooth plates, and no strong magnetic minerals. Generally, before the strong magnetic separation, the weak magnetic separation should be used to remove the ferromagnetic minerals, and the impurities and large ore particles should be removed with a sieve to prevent blockage of the tooth plate gap. In addition, the quality of the ore feed should be appropriate and the amount of ore should be uniform.
(3) Open the valve of each water pipe before opening the main machine, observe whether the water nozzle is blocked, check the water pressure gauge, and indicate that the pressure must reach the specified value. Start the oil pump. Before starting the oil pump, you must first open the cooling water pipe, open the valves of the various parts of the oil line, and then start the oil pump. After starting the oil pump, pay attention to check whether the oil pressure is normal, whether there is oil leakage in the oil path, etc., and be sure to maintain the normal circulation of the oil circuit.
