There are four, six, eight and twelve bolts on the ring according to the diameter of the ring, and the diameter of the bolt is no larger than M10. These screws are mainly used to fix the elastic seat, and can not bear all the medium pressure. When the valve is installed and the pipeline is pressed by the flange bolt, it can bear all the medium force. Due to structural reasons, leaks occur when different inspection operations are checked and accepted. It is common for users to inform manufacturers of unqualified products. After communication, products can pass the customs smoothly, and there are no problems in use. When testing the electric regulating valve, put the side of the ring upward and on this plane, place a pressure plate with the same size as the flanged outer garden and the valve. If tested by a press tester, the pressure claw should be pressed on the pressure plate, so that the pressure is evenly distributed on the ring on one side of the valve body. If the blind plate is used for testing, generally the electric control valve is clamped with two flanges for testing. Sometimes, the user only uses one flange to fix the valve bolt below for convenience. At this time, the fixed screw on the pressure ring above the valve body will bear all the pressure of the medium.
