Introduction to the requirements of electric ventilation butterfly valve for working environment

Electric ventilation butterfly valve can not be used at temperatures higher than 280 (?) C or when the medium is in the form of fine particles. Electric ventilation butterfly valves with metal materials as sealing pairs and electric ventilation butterfly valves are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and urban central heating professions. But the ball valve made of PTFE macromolecule material is used as the sealing pair. When the electric ventilation butterfly valve rotates the ball, it will present various situations because of its different structure.

For example, the metal elastic seat seal structure, because there is no gap between the elastic seat and the sphere, so its conflict force is very large. The metal floating seat seal structure is not easy to seal between the floating seat and the valve body. Composite ball open seal structure, because of many parts and chaotic structure, increases the difficulty of processing and production costs, especially for small-caliber hard-sealed ball valves. This structure is obviously not suitable for repeated analysis and testing, and with the aid of CA D aided design, electric ventilation butterfly valve has been successfully developed.
