Introducing the Cause of Vibration of Electric Regulating Valve

Electric control valve vibration: Electric control valve vibration at any opening. (1) unstable support; (2) vibration source nearby; (3) serious wear of valve core and bushing; vibration of electric control valve near full closed position. (1) The control valve is chosen to be large and often used at small opening; and (2) the medium flow direction of the single seat valve is opposite to the closing direction.

The action of electric control valve is slow. The phenomenon and reason of bluntness are as follows: the valve stem is blunt only when it moves in one direction. (1) diaphragm breakage and leakage in pneumatic membrane actuator; (2) O-type seal leakage in actuator; and the valve stem is blunt in reciprocating action. There are sticky clogging in the valve body, deterioration and hardening of PTFE filler or drying of graphite-asbestos filler lubricant, tightening of filler, increasing friction resistance, large friction resistance due to unsteady stem, and inertia of pneumatic control valve without positioner.
