Introduction to Cleaning of Electric Ball Valve Parts

It is necessary to tighten the bolts symmetrically, gradually and evenly when the electric ball valve is re-installed. Cleaning product should be compatible with rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts and working media (such as gas) in ball valves. When working medium is gas, gasoline can be used to clean metal parts.
Non-metallic parts of electric ball valves are cleaned with pure water or alcohol. Differentiated individual parts can be washed by immersion. Metallic parts with undifferentiated non-metallic parts can be wiped with clean and fine silk cloth impregnated with detergent (to avoid falling fibers and adhering to the parts). When cleaning, all the grease, dust, glue and dust adhering to the wall should be removed.
The non-metallic parts of the electric ball valve should be removed from the cleaning product immediately after cleaning, and should not be immersed for a long time. After cleaning, the equipment should be transpired by the washed wall cleaner (which can be wiped with silk cloth without immersion cleaner), but it should not be placed for a long time, otherwise it will rust and be polluted by dust.

New parts also need to be cleaned before the equipment. Use grease to lubricate. Lubricating grease should be compatible with ball valve metal material, rubber parts, plastic parts and working media. When the working medium is gas, such as Te221 grease can be used. A thin layer of grease is coated on the surface of sealing equipment groove, a thin layer of grease is coated on rubber sealing parts, and a thin layer of grease is coated on the sealing surface and conflict surface of valve stem. No metal debris, fibers, grease (outside the application of rules) dust and other impurities, foreign bodies, etc. should be allowed to contaminate, adhere to or stay on the surface of parts or enter the inner cavity.
