Introduction of additional load caused by motor oscillation of electric ball valve

Electric ball valve bearing operation is abnormal: if the bearing operation is abnormal, it can be judged by experience with hearing and temperature. Touch the bearing box with a listening rod (copper rod). If you hear the impact sound, it means that one or more balls may be smashed. If you hear a hissing sound, it means that there is a lack of lubricant in the bearing. It is not easy to add too much grease. If too much will cause a great friction and heat between the rotating part of the bearing and the grease, the grease in the bearing box is usually about one-half to two-thirds of the total solution. If the bearing device is incorrect, the cooperative service is too tight or too loose, it will also cause the bearing to heat up.

Electric ball valve motor oscillation: oscillation should first be distinguished between the motor itself, or the bad transmission device formed, perhaps from the mechanical load end, and then swept according to the specific situation. Most of the oscillations caused by the motor itself are due to poor dynamic balance of the rotor, poor bearing, bending of the rotating shaft, or different axes of the end cap, seat and rotor. Perhaps the foundation of the motor device is uneven, the device is not in place, and the fastener is loose. The oscillation produces noise and additional load.
