Introduction of Self-lubricating Bearing in Stem of Electric Ball Valve

The electric ball valve is fixed by two upper and lower stem. When working, the fluid pressure will not make the ball move to the valve seat, and the valve seat will not be deformed by excessive pressure. The valve stem part is provided with self-lubricating bearing, which reduces friction and has small switching torque. Both seats are pre-tightened by spring. The seal is inlaid with PTFE in the steel fixture, and the rear part of the steel ring is provided with a spring to ensure that the valve seat is close to the sphere. When the abnormal increase of pressure in the valve chamber exceeds the spring tightening force, the valve seat retreats away from the sphere to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief, and the valve seat is automatically reset after pressure.

The excellent structure makes the sealing performance of the fixed electric ball valve stable, labor-saving and long service life, which is very suitable for long-distance pipelines and general pipelines. Electric ball valve has two types of structure, full diameter and reducing diameter. Electric ball valves for conveying pasted and slagging-prone medium pipes should be full-diameter, so as to facilitate the passage of periodic wax scrapers and blowers. Shrinkage ball valves should be used in pipelines for conveying gas or medium with similar physical properties to water, because their weight is about 30% lighter than full diameter ball valves, which is conducive to reducing pipeline load and cost. Electric ball valve is a kind of rotary valve with 90 degrees rotation angle. It has excellent sealing performance, large flow coefficient, small flow resistance coefficient, simple structure, long service life and easy maintenance.
