Introduction of One-way Valve for High and Low Temperature Test Box
When purchasing a one-way valve, it is necessary to remove its spool and weld the one-way valve to the process pipe of the equipment. Make sure that the welding is leak-free and firm, then install the valve core. When vacuum is pumped, a fluorinated pipe with a thimble is needed to be connected, then the other end is connected with the corner valve, and then the table and the vacuum pump are connected. After the vacuum is exhausted, it is necessary to unload the vacuum pump, replace the fluorinated cylinder, remove the air from the second fluorinated pipe (corner valve), and then add fluorine.
When the test box is fluorinated, it is necessary to close the corner valve and unload the fluorinated cylinder. After the fluorinated pipe with thimble on the one-way valve is unloaded at the last step, the one-way valve can be sealed with a stuffy head.

With a one-way valve, when the high and low temperature test box appears "more fluorine" or "less fluorine", only need to remove the stuffy head, direct discharge of fluorine or fluoride from the valve core of the one-way valve.
