Introduction to the Use of One-way Valve in Life
The function of one-way valve in hydraulic system is as follows:
(1) If the one-way valve is installed at the outlet of the
pump, it can prevent the sudden increase of pressure in the system from damaging the oil
pump, that is, to play a check role.
(2) Parallel connection of one-way valve with throttle valve or decompression valve can form a forward slow, reverse fast or forward deceleration and reverse free flow circuit of the actuator.
(3) If the one-way valve and the pressure valve are connected in series, the adjustment pressure can be gradually increased and the reaction of pressure can be prevented.
(4) For liquid-controlled one-way valves, one-way valves can be opened by controlling the oil path to achieve the purpose of reverse flow of oil.
The main function of one-way valve is to control the oil can only move in one direction. The one-way valve shall meet the following performance requirements:
(1) When the oil flows in one direction, the resistance is smaller, that is to say, the pressure loss is smaller.
(2) The sealing of the contact between the spool and the valve seat is good, and there should be no leakage at all. When the oil flows back from the reverse direction, it should be completely unable to pass through.
(3) The action of one-way valve should be quick and sensitive, and there should be no impact and noise when working.
One-way valve is that the fluid can only flow along the intake, but the outlet medium can not flow back, commonly known as one-way valve. One-way valve is also called check valve or check valve. Used in hydraulic system to prevent reverse flow of oil flow, or in pneumatic system to prevent reverse flow of compressed air. One-way valves are straight-through and right-angle. The straight-through one-way valve is installed on the pipeline by threaded connection. The right-angle one-way valve has threaded connection, plate connection and flange connection.
