Notes on Installation of One-way Valve

When installing check valves, special attention should be paid to the flow direction of the medium. The normal flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the arrow direction indicated on the valve body. Otherwise, the normal flow of the medium will be interrupted. The bottom valve shall be installed at the bottom of the pump suction line.
When the check valve closes, water hammer pressure will occur in the pipeline, which will cause damage to the valve, pipeline or equipment, especially for large orifice pipeline or high pressure pipeline. Therefore, the chooser of the check valve should pay high attention to it.

Check valves are used only for one-way opening and closing valves to prevent countercurrent of fluid medium in various pipelines or equipment.
