Three-valve group can confirm the zero of transmitter on-line and revise the introduction.
The integrative orifice flow
meter can be constructed robustly and leak point can be added. Zero point of
transmitter can be confirmed online and corrected.
Once the
transmitter presents defective requirements for overhaul or replacement, it can be carried out without infix process conditions, and the operation is very convenient.
Three valve groups are operated successively when zero-setting and changing transducers:
Orifice Flow
meter with F1 and F3 Valves in Fully Closed Position (Clockwise Tendency to Tighten)
Place F2 valve in a "slightly open" position (two turns counter-clockwise);
After the shape of the two valve switches is confirmed correctly, they can be adjusted to zero or repaired or changed.
When the transducer injection is put into operation again, the three valve groups are operated successively:
First "block" F2 valve;
Place F1 and F3 valves in full open position. The
transmitter can enter the operating shape.
In the following cases, three valve groups can be selected to add process leakage points.
No infix process is allowed to facilitate transducer reflection or replacement
