Vacuum valve storage and installation attention regulations

The valve should be kept clean and stored in a dry room.

Long-term storage valves should be inspected regularly to prevent moisture, rust and aging of rubber parts.

Before installation, the surfaces of the valve and vacuum should be cleaned according to vacuum hygiene requirements.

The flange of the user side that is coupled to the valve must have no protruding weld bead in the coupling hole, and the orifice must be chamfered.

The valve must be installed concentrically with the flanges on both sides.

When the valve is not used for a long time, the valve should be in the micro-start state.

If the valve is reassembled after inspection, vacuum performance test must be carried out.
