Vacuum valve installation and operation

1. Before the vacuum valve is installed, it is necessary to flush the pipeline system to prevent the welding slag, oxide scale and other dirty materials from flowing into the valve, which affects the normal operation of the valve.

2, the vacuum valve should be installed in a place that is easy to operate and repair, and it is necessary to stand upright on the horizontal pipeline (should be careful to make the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, do not install the reverse

3. When the vacuum valve is used in the device, the shut-off valve on the bypass line should be turned over to remove the condensed water and steam-water mixture in the pipeline to prevent the water hammer from being damaged when the pressure-reducing valve is opened. After no abnormality, slowly rotate the conditioning screw clockwise to adjust the outlet pressure to the required pressure (based on the valve back pressure). After adjustment, lock the lock nut and screw the protective cover.

4. The filter should be installed before the vacuum valve to prevent impurities in the medium from entering the pressure reducing valve and affecting its performance.

5. There should be a straight pipe before and after the pressure reducing valve of the device. The length of the straight pipe before the valve is about 600 mm, and the length of the straight pipe behind the valve is about 1000 mm.

1 The pressure reducing valve should be stored in a dry room. It is necessary to block the two ends of the passage with blind plates and prohibit the stacking.

2 The long-term registered pressure reducing valve should be regularly checked to clean the dirt. Anti-rust product should be applied to all moving parts and processing surfaces to avoid rust.
