Description of seven maintenance methods for vacuum ball valves
1. The valve should be kept clean during the application process. It is necessary to make the transmission thread smooth at regular intervals. When it is found to be faulty, stop using it immediately and find out the cause to eliminate the problem.
2. The bolts of the packing gland should be evenly tightened, and should not be pressed into a smashing condition to avoid the movement of the valve stem or the leakage.
3. When the equipment is used, the valve can be directly connected to the pipeline according to the connection method. Under normal circumstances, the equipment can be in any direction of the pipeline, but it needs to be easily operated. Note that the flow direction of the shut-off valve should be upward from the longitudinal valve, and the lift check valve can only be horizontal.
4. When the ball valve, globe valve and gate valve are used, they are only fully open or fully closed. It is not allowed to use the conditioning flow to avoid erosion of the sealing surface and accelerate wear. There is a reverse sealing device in the gate valve and the upper thread stop valve. When the hand wheel is screwed to the uppermost position, the medium can be blocked from leaking from the packing.
5. When the ball valve, globe valve and gate valve are opened and closed, use the handwheel. Do not rely on levers or other things to avoid damage to the valve. The handwheel rotates clockwise to close, and vice versa.
6. Before the equipment, it is necessary to carefully check the pressure of the valve mark, whether the dia
meter meets the application requirements, eliminate the defects formed by the transportation process, and eliminate the dust of the valve parts.
7. Long-term registered valves should be checked regularly. The exposed processing surface should be kept clean and dusted. When the ball valve is locked, the ball valve should be blocked at both ends and open. The gate valve, globe valve and check valve should be blocked at both ends of the channel. In a closed state, neatly stored in a ventilated place indoors, no stacking or open storage.
