Description of servo-assisted solenoid valve with pressure pilot valve
This type of solenoid valve is very different from a general servo-assisted solenoid valve, and sometimes there are springs on its coupling.
When the pressure difference is relatively small, the direct-acting function plays a major role. When the differential pressure is relatively large, the servo assist function plays a major role.
advantage:
■ The valve can be opened without pressure difference, suitable for low pressure fluid systems
■ Small impact force when closed
■ The performance price ratio is very good
■ Wide range of uses
Disadvantages:
■ The pilot hole on the diaphragm is relatively small, so it is quite sensitive to dirty media.
■ Only normally closed
■ When the caliber is large, high-power
coils are required.
