Description of servo-assisted solenoid valve with two-way three-way pilot valve
The pilot valve is a pivotal armature solenoid valve or a rocker solenoid valve with an isolating diaphragm. The main difference with the two-way pilot valve is that when the valve is opened, the medium does not pass through the pilot valve, so the pilot hole is not easy to block, and the diaphragm has a protective effect on the armature.
These valves (eg Types 142 and 5282) are primarily suitable for use with dirty media and corrosive media.
advantage:
■ There are no pilot holes on the diaphragm, so it is not sensitive to dirty media.
■ The diaphragm protects the armature
■ When the valve is opened or closed, only a small amount of medium enters the pilot valve
■ No media enters the pilot valve when the valve is open! This is the biggest advantage of this valve
■ Adjust the response time with the adjusting screw
Dielectric isolation servo-assisted solenoid valve with isolation diaphragm and two-position three-way pilot valve
■ Rotate the pilot valve to change the normally closed type to the normally open type and vice versa
■ High reliability
■ Available in explosion-proof type
Disadvantages:
■ The price is more expensive
■ The pressure difference is required when the valve is opened, so
Not for all fluid systems
