Two-way three-way rocker solenoid valve introduction

Baodi rocker solenoid valves (types 6104 and 6106) can be used for compressed air, and all three ports are inside the valve body. This solenoid valve can also be used as a pilot valve for pneumatic valves. The rocker arm will alternately close the seat 1 (compressed air inlet P) and the seat 2 (exhaust port R) in a similar manner to the pivoting armature solenoid valve (see Figure 4). Two three-way rocker solenoid valves are available with and without isolation diaphragms.

Disadvantages:
■ Use only DC power. If alternating current is to be used, a rectifier must be connected in series with the coil
■ Isolation diaphragm has a small pressure range

■ Low inlet pressure (maximum 10 bar)
