Isolation diaphragm type two-way two-way servo-assisted solenoid valve features description
The pilot valve is a direct-acting solenoid valve, and the opening and closing of the main valve is achieved by an isolating diaphragm. When the valve is closed, the force generated by the spring interacts with the pressure of the medium.
When the pilot valve is open, there is no pressure in the fluid chamber above the diaphragm. The fluid pressure below the diaphragm pushes the diaphragm up and opens the valve. When the pilot valve is closed, the fluid pressure above the diaphragm is increased by a pilot hole in the diaphragm or through a bypass passage to close the valve.
Baodi large dia
meter (10-65 mm) servo-assisted solenoid valve is suitable for neutral and corrosive liquids and gases (eg 5281, 6211, 6228 and 0142).
advantage:
■ Less expensive
■ Low power consumption
■ Small impact force when closed
■ The required differential pressure is relatively small
Disadvantages:
■ Sensitive to dirty media
■ The temperature of the medium should not exceed 120 °C
■ When used in gas, the service life will be affected
