Select a good material for the transformer.

Transformers are often encountered in the use of electricity, and are very important equipment. When the transformer is overhauled and the leakage is treated, the seal with high temperature resistance and oil resistance should be selected. The most commonly used sealing material in the domestic transformer industry is nitrile rubber. Its oil resistance mainly depends on the content of acrylonitrile in nitrile rubber. The higher the acrylonitrile content, the better the oil resistance, the harder the hardness, the less deformed. In general, nitrile rubber with a Shore hardness of 70 to 80 should be selected. When identifying the oil resistance of the gasket, the gasket aging test and the compatibility test with the transformer oil should generally be carried out. Soak it in hot oil at 120 °C for 168 h, then measure the change rate of weight, volume and hardness, and select it. The deformation is not large and meets the standard seals.
