In view of the insufficiency of manual detection, long detection period, low precision, and vulnerability to human factors control, the author proposes a machine vision-based detection technology method, which uses machines instead of human eyes to make measurements and judgments, and improves detection. Speed and precision to ensure the quality of rubber seals, using MATLAB-based image processing methods for experimental analysis.
