1. There are generally some impurities in the medium, which will cause wear on the bearings and shafts, so that the gap between the two will increase, the dynamic balance of the moving parts will be destroyed, the rotational speed will drop, or the dirt will enter the gap, so that the motion resistance will increase. The speed drops. For these reasons, the display value of the meter is reduced, and a negative error occurs, which is unfavorable to the supplier of the fluid.
2. The fibrous or viscous impurities in the fluid are attached to the rotating part of the flowmeter, so that the rotational resistance is increased, causing the indication value of the meter to decrease, and a negative error occurs, which is unfavorable to the supply side of the fluid.
3. Changes in fluid temperature and pressure may cause air in the pipeline to escape from the air contained in the pipeline or because the pressure in the pipeline is lower than the saturated vapor pressure of the fluid, causing some of the liquid to become steam, or may be caused by the negative pressure of the medium. The gas is sucked into the pipeline, and these gases flow with the liquid to be measured, causing the indication value of the meter to increase, and a positive error occurs, which is unfavorable to the demand of the fluid.
4, the working environment is relatively harsh, for example, electromagnetic field interference, dust, high temperature, vibration, humidity, etc., may cause the turbine flow sensor malfunction or malfunction, directly causing the turbine flow meter error, the error is positive or negative The value may not be obvious or it may be completely invalid. For the above phenomenon, when it is more serious, problems can be found from the comparison of the working state of the process, and it is easy to take corresponding measures. However, in the early stages of the problem, problems cannot be discovered without special measures.
       Turbine flowmeter maintenance should pay attention to the following points:
1. When using, keep the measured medium clean and free of impurities such as fibers and particles.
2. When the turbine flow sensor starts to use, it should first slowly fill the sensor with the medium, then open the outlet valve (the valve should be installed at the back end of the flowmeter). It is forbidden to be impacted by the high-speed fluid when the sensor is in the mediumless state.
3. The maintenance period of the turbine flow sensor is generally half a year. When cleaning and cleaning, please be careful not to damage the parts inside the measuring chamber, especially the impeller. Please be optimistic about the positional relationship between the guide and the impeller during assembly.
4. When the turbine flow sensor is not in use, the internal medium should be cleaned, and after drying, a protective cover is added at both ends of the sensor to prevent dust from entering, and then stored in a dry place.
5. The used filter should be cleaned regularly. When not in use, the internal medium should be cleaned. As with the sensor, add a dust jacket and store it in a dry place.
6. Before the sensor is installed, use the mouth to blow or hand the impeller to make it rotate quickly to see if there is any display. Install the sensor when there is any display. If there is no display, check the relevant parts and troubleshoot.
