How to deal with rubber products thin skin bubbles?

The rubber products produce thin skin bubbles mainly due to vulcanization conditions, inadequate reproduct mix, and the fact that the plastic bags partially filled with rubber raw and auxiliary materials in the mixing process are not completely melted. They can be solved by the following two methods:
1. Pay attention to adjust the appropriate curing conditions, the temperature should not be too high, adjust the appropriate proportion of accelerator should not be too high;
2. Increase mixing temperature and remove plastic bags as much as possible.
