What is the relationship between rubber diaphragm and engineering machinery?

In many construction industries, large-scale tools are needed. After all, it is unlikely that this industry depends on people. Excavators, loaders and the like are necessary. Only in this way can people be helped to demolition and reconstruction of houses faster. In these machines, there will be common failures and the causes of failures are as follows:

      1, pressure regulator valve due to the loss of pressure rubber diaphragm leakage
      Due to repeated pressurization of the gas under repeated pressure, repeated arching and resetting actions are eroded by gas and water, so that the rubber diaphragm is often damaged. This is the most likely failure of the control valve. After the rubber diaphragm is damaged, the compressed gas from the air pump enters the upper part of the pressure regulating valve through the rubber diaphragm, but does not enter the air reservoir, so that the air pressure of the air tank does not rise. At this time, the temperature of the pressure regulating valve is easy to rise, and the barometer of the braking system shows that the air pressure is insufficient. The sound of air leakage can be heard at the pressure regulating valve.

       2, the control valve shell rupture
       Rubber diaphragm The valve housing consists of upper, middle and lower parts and is connected by screws. Because the shell is made of aluminum material, if the method of disassembling and installing the screws is improper when disassembling or bonding, the shell is easily broken. When dismantling and installing the screws, they shall be tightened or loosened several times according to the angles and diagonally, so that the force acting on the surface of the housing can be kept consistent to prevent damage due to uneven force.

       The two are generally faults in these two problems, and here are all supported by the rubber diaphragm, so if the machine is broken, it will not be good to delay the project. Just check the diaphragm every day for damage.
