How to replace the diaphragm correctly

After the operation of the common diaphragm pump is continued for 1500 hours, problems such as pressure relief and leakage of media will occur. If there is no problem with the pump, we can solve the leakage problem by replacing the diaphragm. The general pump leakage problem has the following situations:

1. If there is solid matter in the pump body, it can be flushed with hot water. Before disassembling the diaphragm pump, the pump body and the air chamber on the left and right sides of the pump are marked with the subsequent re-assembly action on the mark;

2. Use a wrench to loosen the screw that connects the outlet pipe to the pump body. Remove the outlet pipe to see the ball and valve seat, take out the summation seat and check the pump for other spare parts. Look carefully for wear and chemical corrosion. Cracks and other phenomena;

3. Use a wrench to separate the outer pump body and the inner pump's intermediate body. After removing the pump body, you can see the diaphragm and the diaphragm splint;

4. Use a tool or wrench to fix the left and right edges of the diaphragm outer plate to separate the diaphragm device from the intermediate. Then rotate clockwise to loosen the diaphragm assembly. After removing the diaphragm splint, remove the shaft from the intermediate.

5. Separate the shaft from the diaphragm device using a clamp (with padded wood) and inspect the shaft, splint, and diaphragm for damage and corrosion.
