Fault problems reflected by users of electromagnetic flowmeters and clever treatment methods

The problem of the fault reflected by the user of the electromagnetic flowmeter and the clever handling method:
Electromagnetic Flowmeter:
Under normal circumstances, the faults reflected by users will be:
1. Fluctuation in measured values
2. The measured value is not accurate
3. There is medium but the meter shows zero
4. The meter has no display or no display
Common solutions are:
1. The cause of fluctuations in measured values may be:
Wiring problem (applicable to new flowmeters), under normal circumstances, the shielded cable is not connected;
User process problems may be dissatisfied with the tube (may be that the pre-installation does not meet the installation conditions, the full tube must be guaranteed; in the later use, the helium in the pipeline is not equipped with an exhaust valve)
Whether the front end of the flowmeter valve is fully open, if it is not fully open, it may cause fluctuation
Check if the conductivity is too low, if the conductivity is low, it may cause large fluctuations.
Check if the flow meter is in the water. If it enters the water, it can be judged as broken.
Flowmeter quality problem, measuring sensor resistance is normal, use GS8 test converter is normal, conditions allow to replace a normal try
2. The reason for the inaccurate measurement may be:
The user connects the line incorrectly and checks the wiring.
Check whether the sensor and converter meter number are consistent. If it is not a set, check the pipe diameter, GK, GKL, excitation frequency.
Whether the user will close the bypass
Whether the medium is a medium that is easy to scale, if it is easy to scale, it will lead to inaccurate measurement.
3. The reason why the media flow meter shows zero may be:
Check if the cable is normal, it is possible that the intermediate line is interrupted.
Check if full pipe is guaranteed
Make sure the media flows through the sensor and check that the front and rear valves are open.
Check if the conductivity of the user's medium is within the proper range. If the conductivity is low, check if the threshold is too high.
4. The reason why the meter has no display or has no output is:
Measure whether the user's power supply is qualified
Check if the user's output wiring is correct. Use a multimeter to measure current output.
Check if the insurance in the converter movement is broken (IFC300 has two insurances, power insurance and output insurance; IFC100 has one insurance).
