Electromagnetic flowmeter common alarm fault introduction
Analysis of common alarm faults of electromagnetic flowmeters: First, the electromagnetic flowmeter has no display 1. Check if the power is turned on; 2. Check if the power fuse is intact; 3. Check if the power supply voltage meets the requirements; 4. Check if the monitor contrast adjustment can be adjusted and the adjustment is appropriate; 5. If the first three items above are normal, the fourth item display contrast adjustment cannot be adjusted. Please hand the instrument to the manufacturer for repair. Second, electromagnetic flowmeter excitation alarm 1. Excitation wiring EX1 and EX2 are open circuit; 2. Whether the total resistance of the sensor excitation coil is less than 150Ω; 3. If both a and b are normal, the converter is faulty; Third, the electromagnetic flowmeter empty tube alarm 1. Measure whether the fluid is filled with the sensor measuring tube; 2. Use the wire to short-circuit the converter signal input terminals SIG1, SIG2 and IGGND. If the empty pipe alarm prompts to cancel, the converter is normal. It may be that the measured fluid has low conductivity or empty pipe threshold and empty pipe. The range setting is incorrect; 3. Check if the signal connection is correct; 4. Check if the sensor electrode is normal; 1 Make the flow rate zero, observe that the conductivity ratio should be less than 100% 2 In the case of flow, the resistance of the terminals SIG1 and SIG2 to SIGGND should be less than 50KΩ (the measured value of the medium is water. The Zui is measured with a pointer multimeter, and it can be seen that the measurement process has a charging and discharging circuit phenomenon). 5. Use a multimeter to measure the DC voltage between DS1 and DS2 should be less than 1V. Otherwise, the sensor electrode should be contaminated and should be cleaned. Fourth, electromagnetic flowmeter upper limit alarm The high limit alarm indicates that both the output current and the output frequency (or pulse) are over-limit. If the process range is increased, the upper limit alarm can be revoked. Five, electromagnetic flow meter limit alarm The lower limit alarm indicates that both the output current and the output frequency (or pulse) are out of limits. Reduce the flow range to reduce the lower limit alarm.
