What should I do if the flow meter shows that the meter does not display the flow signal and the test signal?

the reason
1. The power is not turned on or the fuse is broken.
2. The display meter is faulty.

Method of exclusion

1. Turn on the power or replace the fuse;
2. Overhaul the display instrument.

What should I do if the flow meter shows that the meter displays the “check” signal but does not display the flow signal?

the reason
1. The sensor and display instrument are wired incorrectly, or there are open circuit, short circuit, poor contact and other faults.
2. The amplifier is faulty or damaged
3. The converter (coil) is open or shorted.
4. The impeller is stuck.
5. The pipe is free of fluid flow or blockage.
Method of exclusion
1. Check the wiring for normality and wiring quality against the fault table.
2. Repair or replace the amplifier
3. Repair or replace the coil.
4. Clean the sensor and piping.
5. Open the valves or pumps to clean the pipes.

What should I do if the meter of the flowmeter is not working properly and the metering is incorrect?

the reason
1. The actual flow rate is outside the meter's measurement range or unstable.
2. The meter factor K is set incorrectly.
3. Hang impurities such as fibers inside the sensor.
4. There are bubbles in the liquid.
5. There is strong electromagnetic field interference next to the sensor.
6. The sensor bearings and shafts are severely worn.
7. The sensor cable shield or other grounding conductor is disconnected or in poor contact with the grounding wire.
8. Display meter failure.

Method of exclusion

1. Adapt the measured flow to the sensor's measurement range and stabilize the flow.
2. Set the factor K to be correct.
3. Cleaning the sensor
4. Use air venting measures to remove air bubbles.
5. Try to stay away from sources of interference or take shielding measures.
6. Replace the “guide” or “impeller shaft”.
7. Referring to Figure 5, the wiring is connected.
8. Overhaul the display instrument.
