1 Check and prepare before commissioning
 
    Before the electromagnetic flowmeter is commissioned, the pipeline and the flowmeter should be thoroughly inspected, including pipeline debris, and the oily medium pipeline should be dried.
 
The pre-commissioning inspection also includes the inspection of the electrical circuit. Firstly, the grounding of the line should be tested to ensure that the grounding is reliable before testing the other lines to avoid causing the capacitive effect of the line, storing the power, or measuring the damage of the power supply to the instrument. . In addition, insulation resistance and grounding resistance tests are required.
 
2 water debugging
 
    Whether measuring the aqueous medium, suspending the liquid, or measuring the oily medium, before the formal commissioning, the temperature, pressure, flow rate and other conditions of the actual measurement medium should be simulated to pass the water debugging. If an abnormality occurs during the water-passing test, or if the parameters are missing, the instrument should be tested for unit or sent to the production unit for verification.
 
3 system debugging
 
    The electromagnetic flowmeter can perform system debugging after performing single-function water-passing test and controlling the host's various preparatory debugging. The oily medium pipeline needs to be dried before it can pass through the measured medium for system operation.
 
    During system debugging, the host system should perform code scan on each measurement point in advance to ensure that each instrument component can be functionally debugged after normal operation. During functional debugging, the host system performs parameter reading on each meter, threshold value alarm test, etc., and then writes control data. Debug each one by one and send the relevant data to the relevant upper position for analysis.
 
    After the main instrument is debugged, the host can perform PLC programming and debugging of the instrument terminal. PLC programming and debugging is of great significance for instrument debugging. It can read data, write parameters and adjust to individual instruments without affecting the working state of the host. The development of modern PLC technology makes it more convenient to use in the regulation of electromagnetic instruments. Most of the electromagnetic flowmeters can be purchased with the PLC programming controller matched with its products. Through the special interface, the single instrument can be debugged. .
 
    After the commissioning is completed, the 24-hour uninterrupted measurement should be carried out under continuous working conditions, and the stability and reliability of the measured data should be observed, and the other measuring methods should be used for proofreading until the electromagnetic instruments of the system can operate according to the design requirements. Before the system can be pre-accepted.
